Rob has spent his career working in hospitality and wine in Australia, which involved a series of wine events throughout Asia in the 1990's marketing Australian wines in emerging markets. His opinion is we are blessed with great wines in Australia that are made to enjoy with good food.

TV cooking shows such as Celebrity Chef and Luke Nguyen's Vietnam have inspired people to create and cook new cuisines at home, thus venturing into new areas. The challenge is to match the right wine with the dish which is always fun.
