A lively wine with quite noticeable florals and a tiny touch of Cabernet leafiness. The colour is dusky rose and being from cabernet will tend to hold its brilliance much longer than other red varieties

'Jardin d'Eden' is french for Garden of Eden and is the name reserved for our sparkling wines. This limited release is crafted from grapes hand-picked at our Mornington Peninsula estate and made using traditional methods to produce a fine sparkling red wine. Vibrant, effervescent and bursting with red fruits and cherry, it is the perfect accompaniment to roast duck or turkey and as an aperitif. Serve chilled.
